湖南安圣电池有限公司是生产铅酸蓄电池的专业厂家，系浙江安圣电池集团有限公司的全资子公司。该公司与武汉大学电化学研究室合作，开发具有自主知识产权的动力型锂离子电池，通过采用新型的正极和负极材料以及对电解液进行改进，解决容量锂离子电池的安全性问题，在全国首创将动力电池和电池智能管理系统统一研究，成功研究出电动车智能电源模块。本项目的投产将为电动汽车提供廉价耐用安全的移动电源，推动电动汽车技术与产业的发展。

三、建设内容及规模：

新建年产135万只动力型锂离子电池全自动生产线，实现年产动力型锂离子电池4800万Ah。

四、项目前期工作情况：

完成了项目可行性研究报告的编制，环评已获怀化市环保局批复。

五、投资估算：

总投资10520万元

六、市场和效益分析：

预计可年实现销售收入33750万元

Project Overview:

Ahn Sung-Battery Co., Ltd. in Hunan Province is the major manufacturer of lead-acid batteries, wholly-owned subsidiary of Ahn Sung-Battery Group Co., Ltd. in Zhejiang Province. Cooperating with Electrochemical Research Center of Wuhan University, the company is committed to developing power-based lithium-ion battery with independent intellectual property rights by means of using a new type of cathode and anode materials and upgrading electrolyte, guaranteeing the security of capacity lithium-ion battery, and has successfully invented intelligent PSM for electrombile. It is the first time to carry out research on power-based battery combined with intelligent battery management system. The low-cost, durable and safe mobile power will be provided for electric vehicles after the project goes into operation, therefore promoting the technology and industry of electric vehicles.

Content and Scale of the Construction: Automatic production line of an annual output of 1.35 million power-based lithium-ion batteries is to be constructed, bring about an annual output of power-based lithium-ion batteries 48 million Ah.

The Early Stage of the Project:

Feasibility study report has been completed, and the EIA has been approved by Environmental Projection Bureau in Huaihua City.

Investment Estimation:

The total investment is RMB105.2 million.

Market and Benefit Analysis:

Annual sales income of RMB337.5 million is expected to be achieved.
