新晃寒武纪大峡谷景区基础设施建设

二、  资源简介

寒武纪大峡谷，顾名思义，形成于地球最早时期---寒武纪，它位于湖南最西端与贵州最东的结合部，是一条跨省大峡谷。谷底展宽不足30米，山谷直接切割深度300-400米，由于长年封存，谷内草木自然繁衍，清秀无比。谷内遍布寒武纪时期岩石，看上去险恶可怕，好像不是平铺而是直立，奇而峻。元古界上震旦系亿万年的运动，又造就了此谷峰崖壁立、奇形怪状的喀斯特地形。此谷的水来自地底，清爽洁净，远视有若乳玉，加上沿途落差递减，造成了漂流的绝佳去处，堪称天下第一漂。寒武纪大峡谷的山、水、崖、瀑、溶洞群的幽、险、奇、秀，使之赢得了“三十里幽谷，三十里画廊，三十里世外桃源”的美誉。

三、  建设条件

山泉水形成的漂流，三十里峡谷风光，二十余条瀑布及溶洞群构成了得天独厚的自然旅游资源。

四、  建设内容及投资规模

1. 基础设施（悬空栈道6km、水坝、观景点、天桥3座、空中缆车、取水系统、污水处理等环保工程、给排水工程、电力工程）峡谷悬棺探秘、溶洞开发、漂流。

2．整个项目以自然景观为基础，突出观赏性、参入性、探秘性，按国家AAAA级景区标准建设。

3．投资规模：人民币1亿元

4. 建设时限：2003年至2013年，分期实施。

五、  效益分析

1.    社会效益：提升两省民族大团结，增加就业机会，成为大西南地区名胜风景区，以旅游拉动内需，并增加政府财政收入。

2.      经济效益：根据自然资源优势，客源市场预测，投资回报期为10年。

六、  工作进展情况

现已完成资料调查、收集、整理工作。修通游道及景区旅游公路。

Precambrian Grand Canyon is located in Hunan and Guizhou, the most western junction of the East, is a province of the Grand Canyon. Broadening the bottom is less than 30 meters, the depth of the valley is directly cutting 300-400 meters, and the total length is 15 kilometers. The water of this Canyon comes from underground, fresh and clean, gradually decreasing along the gap, resulting in a great place to go rafting. Valley has a beautiful environment, like Xanadu.

Construction content and scale:

1. Infrastructures (River clean-up, tourism toilets, road, scenic spots, bridges, car parks) canyon quest, cave development, drifting

2. The entire project is based on the natural landscape in order to highlight the ornamental, quest, and by country-level AAAA scenic spot construction standards

3. The scale of investment: 100 million Yuan

4. Construction time frame: 2003-2013
