新建皮革生产加工基地占地面积20亩，年制原皮10万张。皮鞋加工生产厂房占地面积10亩，年产中、高档皮鞋20万双，投资起点额度为1000万元。

皮革生产：产值利润率22%，投资收益率0.7%，投资600万元的皮鞋生产年利润可达190万元以上，投资回收期为2年，现值指数为3.8以上。
