三、        项目概况

新晃的铸造业始建于50年代，是全省机械制造行业的先进企业。长期以来，该行业有一批铸造经验丰富的技术骨干，并有成套的质量控制设备和检测手段，铸造质量过硬，一九七八年得到泰国皇家质量检测中心的高度评价，一九八一年产品获省优质产品的荣誉称号，一九八五年再度被评为省优。该厂是湖南省水泵出口基地之一，汽车配件产品作为广西玉林柴油机厂免检产品。

四、        项目建设内容及规模

西南铸造中心项目建成后，计划年产各类水泵15万台套，各类汽车配件20万件，以铸造为主新建四条生产线：1、机械造型生产线；2、铁摸覆砂6105QB系列飞轮生产线；3、6108QB排气管生产线；4、6108飞轮壳、130主箱壳、141EQ东风主箱壳、141EQ东风副箱壳、140南骏车主箱壳、140南南骏车副箱壳生产线。

该项目属国家重点扶持产业，按年纯利润2760万元计算，总投资8307万元，投资回收期约为3年。

Project summary:

Foundry industry of Xinhuang was started in 1950s, and it is advanced enterprise in machinery manufacturing industry in Hunan Province. A long period of time, there are some technical backbones who are experienced in foundry industry, and they have complete sets of quality control equipments and detection means, their casting quality is very good, and it was spoken highly of the Royal Quality Inspection Center of Thailand in1978; in 1981, their products got the prize of Hunan Provincial High-quality Products, and they got the prize again in 1985. The factory is one of pump export bases, its car accessories are used as exempt products of Yulin Diesel Engine Factory in Guangxi.

Construction content and scale:

After the center completion, it will produce all kinds of pumps 150 thousand sets, and all kinds of car accessories 200 thousand pieces. They will build four new production lines: 1. mechanical design production line; 2. 6105 Series flywheel production line; 3. 6108QB Exhaust Pipe production line; 4. 6108 Flywheel shell, 130 main box shell, 141 EQ East Wind main box shell; 141 EQ East Wind vice-box shell, 140 NanJun Car main box shell and 140 NanJun Car vice-box shell production lines.

Benefit Analysis:

The project got major support from the government. If calculating from a year, the year net profit will be 27.6 million yuan. All the investment is 83.07 million RMB, and the payback period is about 3 years.
